Terms of Service
"We" or "our" refers to Clarus Windows LLC. "You", "your" or "the client" refers to the customer
receiving the service(s) detailed overleaf.
Payment Policy:
-We run on the Net 30 payment plan. This means that you have 30 days from the receival of
your invoice to pay your bill in full.
-Payments may be made on the day of service by cash, check, or credit card or within 30 days
by online payment through your invoice, check sent in the mail, or via telephone with the Clarus
Windows Office Manager (763-200-1136).
-Postal payments to:

-Window cleaning or other services may not be provided on outstanding accounts.
-There is a minimum cost of $165 (pre-tax) for residential jobs.
Cancellation Policy:
-Postponement of any service will require 24 hours’ notice from the client before any scheduled
date. Notice under 24 hours or on the scheduled day may be subject to a 50% fee of the original
job cost.
- In the rare instance where we deem it unsafe or our cleaning processes may be inoperable due
to inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule jobs.
-We will make every reasonable effort to carry out the cleaning on the agreed date; however,
should unforeseen circumstances occur, we reserve the right to reschedule and will provide
notice as soon as possible.
*Large scale jobs (jobs longer than 2 days). If weather pushes the work back, we will complete
the work within two business days of the original scheduled completion date.
Quotes:
-Quotes are valid for 100 days from the date that the quote is given to you. After 100 days,
prices are subject to change.
-We reserve the right to add a travel fee to any jobs that are outside of our service radius. Our
service radius extends 30 miles around Minneapolis, MN. If a travel fee applies, it will be
included on the quote given to the client.
Comments/Complaints:
-Final approval signature must be provided upon completion of the work. In the absence of
written approval (due to the client not being home or a client's refusal to sign), the Client waives
their right to request callbacks or additional service related to the completed work.
-Any complaints received after 5 days from the date of the approval signature will not be
considered
-Your satisfaction is guaranteed as we will touch-up any window which we recognize as
unsatisfactory, free of charge, so long as the complaint is received within 5 days from the date of
the approval signature.
